Welcome to use the services provided by the Snapwow APP platform!
To use the services of the Snapwow APP platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"), you should read and abide by the "Snapwow APP Platform Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") and the "Snapwow APP Privacy Protection Guidelines". Please read carefully and fully understand each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, restrict user rights, and stipulate dispute resolution methods and jurisdiction (such as the relevant agreements in Article 11), as well as the separate agreements and rules for activating or using a certain service. Limitation and exemption clauses or other clauses involving your significant rights may be highlighted in bold, underlined, etc. to draw your attention.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to use the services provided by the Snapwow APP. By clicking "Agree" or "Next", or by using the services of the Snapwow APP platform, or by any other express or implied means indicating your acceptance of this Agreement, you are deemed to have read and agreed to sign this Agreement. This Agreement shall come into legal effect between you and the Snapwow APP and become a legally binding document for both parties. If you violate any provisions of this Agreement, the Snapwow APP has the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the provision of this Service to you at any time according to the violation situation and has the right to pursue your relevant responsibilities.
If you are under 18 years old, please read this Agreement with the accompaniment of your legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as "guardian") and pay special attention to the terms for minors.
Unless otherwise specified, the following terms in this Agreement have the following meanings:
1.1 Snapwow APP Platform: Refers to the Snapwow APP, mini-programs, and possible future Snapwow APP websites and their sub-pages, hereinafter also referred to as "Snapwow APP Platform" or "Platform".
1.2 User: Refers to an individual who uses the services of the Snapwow APP platform, also referred to as "you".
2.1 During the process of registering an account or using this Service, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations (in this Agreement, "laws and regulations" refer to the currently effective laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, local regulations, local rules, departmental rules and other regulatory documents of the region/country where the user belongs/resides, as well as the amendments and supplements to these laws and regulations from time to time, and relevant policy provisions, etc., the same below), you need to fill in your real identity information (including but not limited to mobile phone numbers and other information). If the information you fill in is incomplete or untrue, you may not be able to use this Service or may be restricted during the use process.
2.2 You are not allowed to maliciously register or obtain a Snapwow APP account. Malicious registration of a Snapwow APP account includes but is not limited to: registering or obtaining a Snapwow APP account through any software or service other than the software or service provided or expressly permitted by the Snapwow APP; or registering a Snapwow APP account through any software or service in a non-manual, non-manual way; or frequently, batch registering or obtaining an unreasonable number of Snapwow APP accounts.
2.3 In general, you can browse and modify the information you submit at any time. However, for security and identity recognition purposes (such as number complaint services), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration.
2.4 You acknowledge and confirm that the Snapwow APP will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
2.5 The Snapwow APP attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you do not have full civil capacity, you should obtain the written consent of your legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as "guardian") before using the services of the Snapwow APP.
2.6 When using this Service, you must abide by laws and regulations and must not create, copy, publish, disseminate information containing the following content or engage in related behaviors, nor provide convenience for creating, copying, publishing, disseminating information containing the following content or engaging in related behaviors:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
